Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your appointment, please note that Simply PCR requires at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, Simply PCR will reimburse 50% of the total cost. Please note that no changes can be made to your appointment within 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.
